Have you ever wished your HOUSE had an owner's manual?

We provide this unique and valuable service to homeowners in Maine, creating an owner's manual for houses including an inventory of all the mechanical systems in the house (appliances, heating systems, etc.) and their recommended maintenance schedules, so you can keep your house well-maintained for many years!  We will come for a site visit to inventory the systems in the house, and while we're there we will include safety testing of any combustion appliances and indoor air quality testing to make sure your systems are working safely and measure your indoor air quality.  We'll create a printed binder with photos specific to the systems in your house as well as an electronic PDF version.

This service can either be a stand-alone visit, or combined with the site visit for an energy audit for a discounted fee.
